                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE TRACTS OF LAND LOCATED AT 7365 AND
                   7375 OLD CLEVELAND PIKE, BEING ON THE NORTHEAST
                   LINE OF OLD CLEVELAND PIKE NORTHWEST OF
                   SILVERDALE ROAD, FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE TO
                   RZ-1 ZERO LOT LINE RESIDENTIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                Tracts of land located at 7365 and 7375 Old
                Cleveland Pike, being on the northeast line of Old
                Cleveland Pike northwest of Silverdale Road.  Lots
                4 and 5, Martha Spann Heirs Property, as shown by
                plat of record in plat book 31, page 97, ROHC;
                being the property described in deed book 4937,
                page 461, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 139B-A-1.1 and 1.2.
               
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to RZ-1 Zero Lot Line Residential 
Zone.
              SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 
shall
         be subject to the following conditions:

              1.   Sight-obscuring wooden fence along parcel 
139B-A-001.07;
        
              2.   A maximum of 26 units;
        
              3.   All existing easements are retained.
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         provided by law.
